RE: Reference Letter for Virtual Surveillance

In September 2005, Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) entered into a contract with Virtual Surveillance to upgrade the Video Surveillance Security Systems at its Headquarters building. The Scope of the Work included:

• Replacement of existing Video Home System (VHS) recording system with a new state of the art Digital Video Recorders (DVR) recording equipment to include new monitors at the Security desk area.
• Installation of several new indoor cameras through out the building.
• Replacement of the existing VHS system in DART's Revenue Department.

Virtual Surveillance staff was very professional while performing this work and in providing assistance to DART's personnel with troubleshooting issues during the training sessions.

Virtual Surveillance exceeded DART's expectations during the course of this work. I am pleased to have worked on this project with such a professional and respected company.
