I wanted to write you to express how pleased I am with the new casino grade DVR's that my company ordered from you. As you know, we were replacing units that had been online for over 7 years.
We received 3 of your 32 channel casino grade network video recorders and I am very pleased with the ease of setup and the service that your company has provided. I was trying a new product but the transition went very smoothly. Being a Colorado Gaming establishment, we, of course, had to pass the requirements of the Colorado Division of Gaming. When they came to inspect the units, the only problem that I had to correct was to focus some of the cameras. All other areas of the requirements were passed and approved for use.
Thank you again for all the time and effort you and your company gave me when I had questions. The staff should all get gold stars for the service that they provide. Rest assured, if we need more units in the future, I will definitely give you a call first.
