Dear Mr. Farjadian,
I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for your hospitality during my visit to your organization on March 24, 2005. As you are aware, the purpose of my visit was to examine the Virtual Surveillance 8-port and 16-port Digital Video Recorders for use in Washington State licensed card rooms.
Based on my examination of both systems, I have determined that your digital video recorders meet or exceed the requirements of Washington Administrative Code (WAC) sections 230-40-625 & 230-40-825, with respect to digital surveillance equipment. Based on my findings, I have added your 8-port and 16-port digital video recorders to the list of digital surveillance systems authorized for use in Washington State house-banked card room facilities.
Please understand that although the 8-port and 16-port digital video recorders are authorized for use within the state, each system installed in an authorized card room facility must be individually inspected and approved prior to use. If I may be of further assistance, please don’t hesitate to let me know.
